Meet Jim Bouman, a start-up coach and investor, who is deeply interested in mentoring young start-ups especially from the developing world in Asia and Africa. He is someone who has worked with people from more than 60 countries and he is not even 30 yet! He brings in his very "Dutch straight-forwardness" to conversations and yet, he is very grounded in his multi-cultural sensibility. He managed the office for a Chinese mobile game company in the Netherlands right after college and for the past two and half years he has been an integral part of this unique community of the Awaji Youth Federation on the Island of Awaji in Japan.
